As indicated in the project task, the minimum width of the footpath along the sea is four meters, with the proviso that, in addition to the tourist and recreational function, it enables the accessibility of all parts of the coast and access to intervention teams, as well as the construction of coastal infrastructure in accordance with the regulations and conditions, it can have a minimum width of five meters.

In addition to the “lungo mare”, it is necessary to build rest areas and viewpoints for visitors to rest with tall shady greenery, canopies and seats, for the construction of which natural materials will be used (wood, stone, etc.).

Let us remind you that the tender was recently announced by the manager of the Municipality of Kotor, Ivan Mikijel .

– The project of the promenade under the General Hospital is of great importance for the municipality of Kotor, and we found a great understanding of the leading people in Morski Dobr, which, through the project task, defined the conditions for the development of the preliminary and main project for the construction of the lungo mare promenade. The requirement is that the future designer should strictly take care that the final appearance of the promenade follows the environment and is in accordance with the conservation conditions, which are an integral part of the UT conditions issued by the municipal Secretariat for Urban Planning. The design tender was supposed to be in the first half of September, but it was postponed due to the system failure – Mikijelj told Dan, local media reports.
