In the third quarter, 101 building permits and work notifications were issued in Montenegro, according to Monstat’s preliminary data.
“Out of the total number of issued building permits and work reports, 61 pertain to citizens and 40 to companies,” the announcement states.
If we look at the total number of apartments and their area, according to the issued work reports, the construction of 397 apartments, with a total area of ​​29.72 thousand square meters, is planned in the third quarter.
