Entrepreneurs should implement the development strategy of their companies without limitations

The business environment is extremely complex, and the current situation must be changed to allow entrepreneurs to implement the long-term development strategy of their companies without limitations and constraints, stated Hasan Ramović, the owner of the company Put-Gross.

“When it comes to the business environment, we must note that it is extremely complicated and poor. It is highly unstable, lacks personnel of all profiles, especially in the north of the country, experiences frequent changes in legal regulations governing business relations, creating a picture of an overall unfavorable situation,” said Ramović to the Chamber of Economy Gazette.

Ramović is a prominent entrepreneur who has significantly contributed to the development of the business community in northern Montenegro. His company from Bijelo Polje achieves commendable results in trade, production, and hospitality, and it is recognized for numerous humanitarian activities, donations, support for sports development, student scholarships, and addressing housing and healthcare issues for fellow citizens and beyond.

Speaking about the company’s plans for the upcoming period, Ramović said that plans reflect possibilities, not necessities.

“All our plans are directed towards further development and increasing the portfolio of distributions, with a particular emphasis on developing our own production in the bakery industry,” stated Ramović.

The company Put-Gross is the recipient of the Chamber of Economy’s award for social responsibility.

“Every award represents a result in any area of activity, including the business we engage in. Achieving results in exceptional competition and difficult business conditions gives even greater significance to the award itself,” said Ramović.

He mentioned that 2022 passed through various difficulties: war situations globally, inflation, an energy crisis, rising prices of basic necessities, labor market conditions, and many other constraints.

The Chamber of Economy award means a lot to me and my company—a feeling of fulfillment and pride, especially knowing in what conditions the business was conducted. This award will have a special place among the awards and recognitions received so far, and there have been quite a few, from domestic and regional institutions,” added Ramović.
