A tender has been issued for the commencement of preliminary construction work on the Visitor Hotel project in Plav.
The total construction area of the building spans 10,916 square meters.
Interested parties are required to submit their applications no later than 3 p.m. on May 24th at Hotel Splendid, Bečići. It’s worth noting that construction on the Visitor Hotel, part of an exclusive resort along the shores of Lake Plav, commenced in August of the previous year.

The project, valued at approximately 12 million EUR, is spearheaded by Jasmin Šarkinović, owner of SAMONT, a company based in Paderborn, Germany, with roots in Plav. Montenegro Stars Management, a local partner, will oversee construction and manage the tourist facility.
