Planned construction of apartment building in Budva

The company Golden Sand plans to build an apartment building in Bečići with three slats and 185 residential units. It will also have business premises, as well as four underground garages.

The investor also received the approval of the Environmental Protection Agency for the Elaboration of the Environmental Impact Assessment.

The construction of the building is planned on part of the urban plot UP 106.9. There are currently no buildings on the site, and the area of ​​the part of the plot on which construction is planned is 4,541 m2. The area that will be covered when the project is put into operation is 2,243.82 m2.

As can be seen in the Elaborate, an apartment building was designed with three slats (A, B and C) with floors Po+Pr+6. The basement has four levels, i.e. four floors. The total net area of ​​the building is 12,199.42 m2, and the gross area is 13,940.01 m2.

There are 54 parking spaces on the fourth basement floor, 62 on the third, and 58 parking spaces on the second and first floors. There will be a total of 232 parking spaces.

On the ground floor of the building there will be an entrance, a passage, corridors, business premises, and studio and one-room apartments. In total, seven business premises of different sizes and orientations are planned, the total area of ​​which is 503.65 m2. The purpose of these business premises will be determined later, depending on the type of activity that the future users will be engaged in.

The first and second floors will have studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. There will be studio and one-bedroom apartments on the third floor, while the fifth and sixth floors are reserved for one-bedroom apartments only.

All floors of the building, starting from the first to the last, are intended for housing. The apartment building will have 185 accommodation units with a total area of ​​9,429.74 m2. All apartments have loggias, i.e. balconies and sea views.

When designing the apartments, special attention was paid to the fact that high modern standards in terms of comfort and equipment of all residential units must be met.
