PKCG assumes presidency of the Balkan Chambers Association to strengthen regional business cooperation

The Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro (PKCG) has assumed the presidency of the Association of Balkan Chambers at the General Assembly held in Skopje.

PKCG Vice President Pavle D. Radovanović stated that this moment marks a significant step in further strengthening mutual cooperation, exchanging experiences, and creating a common framework for improving the business environment in the region and our countries.

“Our mission is clearly defined — to work on creating a favorable environment for economic development, supporting innovation, and investing in sustainable economic growth. Through cooperation and joint initiatives, we can overcome challenges and open new opportunities for all of us,” said Radovanović.

PKCG reported that representatives from the chambers of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, and Montenegro exchanged experiences during the assembly. They also participated in the National Export Council, where, among others, the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, spoke.

The Balkan Chambers Association (ABC) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization that brings together chambers from Balkan countries to promote business cooperation.

ABC studies economic principles, encourages company cooperation, facilitates business contacts, advocates for favorable economic decisions, promotes European economic standards, and helps resolve disputes between companies through negotiations or arbitration, thereby contributing to improving the business environment in the region.
