The Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) and the company Logate have announced a public call as part of a pilot project to create mini websites for a total of 50 micro and small businesses, regardless of their industry sector.
Previously, the call for mini website creation was limited to micro and small businesses in the tourism and agriculture sectors, but this time the call is extended to all sectors to support businesses in their digital transformation process.
The mini websites, to be created by Logate, will contain all necessary information about the companies. The design of the web presentations will be modern, ensuring a high level of informativeness and user-friendliness. In the era of digitalization, having an online presence through a website has become a crucial factor for attracting new clients and enhancing competitiveness in the market.
An online presence allows businesses to continuously provide information about their products or services, helps with brand expansion, and opens up potential for further business growth.
The cost of creating a mini website under this project is subsidized and amounts to 400 EUR (excluding VAT), with 280 EUR for the website creation, and 120 EUR for hosting and maintenance for one year. The payment for website creation can be made in six equal monthly installments, while the maintenance fee can be paid in 12 equal monthly installments.
The website creation cost includes modern design, responsive functionality for desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones, basic SEO optimization to improve visibility on search engines, maintenance and updates of the platform (WordPress) on which the website will be developed, and training for managing the website’s content (CMS).
As an example, PKCG has provided links to two mini websites created through the previous call: https://montelitetransfers.me/ and https://bukwinery.me/.
Micro and small businesses that do not currently have an active website are eligible to apply. The eligibility criteria are in line with the regulations set in the Accounting Law.
To apply, businesses must fill out the application form available at the provided link, after which a commission will review if the criteria are met.
The call will remain open until the quota of 50 companies meeting the specified criteria is reached.
