The company The Grozd Montenegro is planning to build a residential building in Bijela. The structure will be a collective housing facility with a basement, ground floor, and four upper floors. The building will be divided into two blocks and will have a total of 35 one-bedroom apartments.
This can be seen in the conceptual design created by Smart Studio from Podgorica, which has been approved by the chief state architect.
As previously mentioned, the building will be divided into two blocks, with the planned structure designed as a standalone building with a layout of basement + ground floor + four floors. The ground floor area will include pedestrian walkways and a ramp for the basement level. Additionally, green spaces and park areas are planned for the remaining part of the plot.
The basement will house a garage, a storage room for bicycles and strollers, and a space for housing cleaning equipment. On the ground floor, three residential units will be located in Block A, and four residential units in Block B, all of which will be one-bedroom apartments. This layout will be repeated on all the remaining floors. This means that the two buildings will have a total of 35 one-bedroom apartments, with 15 in Block A and 20 in Block B.
The main entrance to Block A will be from the southeast side, while the entrance to Block B will be from the east side.
For the residential building, a total of 39 parking spaces will be provided, 16 on the plot and 23 in the basement garage.
