The Port of Bar announced a public call for the lease of plots of land with a total area of 7,886 m2 for the construction of a grain silo with a capacity of 30,000 tons, a baling and palletizing system, and a mill.
As indicated in the tender, plot LZ159, as well as part of urban plot LZ160, is being leased. The land is part of cadastral parcel 6501/3 KO Novi Bar.
– The purpose of the land is to carry out activities of transshipment, storage, processing and trade of grain and transshipment, storage and trade of grain products within the Free Zone of the Port of Bar – the invitation states.
Offers must be submitted no later than April 21 at 2 p.m. Their opening will take place on the same day at 14:30.
