The company Elektron from Podgorica plans to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial building in the Zagorič neighborhood of Podgorica. The building will cover approximately 4,000 square meters, with two underground levels, a ground floor, four additional floors, and a setback top floor. It will consist of a total of 27 apartments.
The investor has received approval from the chief state architect for the conceptual design created by Studio MLV.
According to the document, the building is planned within the boundaries of the Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) Zagorič 3 and 4, Zone 2, KO Podgorica II. The project is designed as a collective housing structure with a gross area of 3,804.87 m2, containing 27 residential units. The building’s structure will include two underground garage levels, a ground floor, four floors, and a setback top floor, which will be 75% of the size of the floor below it.
The ground floor will feature three commercial spaces. The first, second, third, and fourth floors will each have six apartments, while three additional residential units will be located on the setback top floor.
The building will also include two underground parking garages, with 19 parking spots on level -2 and 15 spots on level -1. Additionally, there will be two parking spaces on the ground floor, bringing the total number of parking spots to 36.
