The President of the Municipal Committee of the Civic Movement URA, Omer Bajraktari, expressed his belief that it has finally become clear to every citizen of Ulcinj that this government has bad and hidden intentions for the city. He pointed to the case of the tender for Ulcinj’s beaches as clear evidence of this.
He commented on the information that the company “Eagle Hills Montenegro,” backed by Arab capital, made the highest financial offers for more than ten bathing sites on Velika Plaža.
“It is common for such companies and investors not to enter without the support of the government,” he emphasized.
According to him, governments like this one in Montenegro do not survive without the support of their loyal coalition partners, meaning people from national parties in the government who, through such actions, knowingly become direct and indirect culprits for the destruction of the future of Ulcinj and the country.
“The politics of spite and personal interests always come with a price, and this price for Ulcinj will be enormous,” Bajraktari added.
